Middle School Baking Camp


About This Camp

Rising 6th-Rising 9th Graders | Baking Camp is offered for rising 6th to rising 9th grade students. Campers will learn baking essentials for the beginning chef. A delicious time featuring how to make classic and creative desserts. Campers should bring a folder/notebook for recipes, and pen/pencil. Closed toe shoes are required for this camp. Disclaimer: Before registering your child for this camp, please advise camp staff of severe and life-threatening allergies and immunodeficiency diseases at camps@carteret.edu. The Culinary Camps at Carteret Community College cannot guarantee that snacks and meals are safe for exposure to or consumption by children with severe food allergies or dietary restrictions. The culinary team will only use ingredient alternatives for conditions that are medically necessary. In general, The weekly Culinary Camp menus are mindful of common allergies (dairy, nuts, etc.), and the menu is shared with camper parent/guardian(s) in advance. Baking Camp runs from 9:00AM - 2:00PM
